On Sunday, December 9 at 3:00, The Bennington Museum will welcome back Jeni Slotchiver, renowned pianist and champion of 20th Century composers.  This afternoon concert will be a preview of the program scheduled for The National Gallery of Art in Washington DC in January and will feature beautiful and rarely heard work representative of Native American, African-American, Latin-American and Creole-American composers.  Admission to the concert is $4 for members of the museum and $8 for non-members.  The concert fee also includes admission to the museum galleries.

Her January performance at The National Gallery of Art in Washington DC will be broadcast nationwide on National Public Radio's Performance Today.  She is a regular guest recitalist at Dartmouth College, City Universities of New York, Florida International University, and New Jersey City University.  This will be Ms. Slotchiver's second performance at The Bennington Museum.
