| Spring Into Action At The Bennington Museum |
| Are you looking for a way to celebrate the arrival of Spring? Bring the entire family to the Bennington Museum on Saturday, April 12, from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and welcome in the season at the Museum’s Family Workshop. Enjoy some spring-inspired activities, including planting seeds and a nature trail “micro-hike” (weather permitting). Look through magnifying glasses to discover the tiniest features of nature. Learn more about our roles as stewards of our planet Earth, and then come up with ways your own family can become a team of “Planet Protectors”. Fee is $2 per person for members of the Bennington Museum and $8 per person for non-members. Call the Bennington Museum’s Program Coordinator at 447-1571 to register. Pre-registration is required.
The other workshops in the series this year are: May 10: Tools of the Trade; June 14: A Grand Old Flag; July 12: Take Me Out to the Ballgame; Aug. 9: History Mystery; Sept.13: Happy Birthday, Grandma Moses; Oct. 11: Jane Stickle’s Quilt; and Nov. 8: For the Record. |
